Trainee

Rotate among the various departments in order to develop familiarity with the whole organization and its functions. Learn product line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies with practice that affect each phase of business. Acquire knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance. Set performance goals and objectives with upper management. Other assignments may be directed by the Management.
