Job Description:
This job is responsible for independently performing a variety of routine and non-routine support functions related to trade finance servicing by following established bank policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include processing trade transactions, performing follow-up tasks, providing middle office support, handling irregular cases, and ensuring compliance with internal policy and local regulatory requirements. Job expectations include proactively improving capabilities to drive operational excellence and support delivery of exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Support trade BAU process, including document scanning and NFRR/FRR daily reporting.
- Support AML & EAST project UAT.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Skills:
- University graduate, preferably in Banking or International Business.
- Have bank working experience, AML & EAST reporting knowledge and/or trade experience are preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and Word.
- Detail-conscious, well-organized, good team player and willing to learn.
- Strong sense of responsibilities and ability to work independently as well as interact effectively with the team.
