The Opportunity Your Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end ERP implementation activities, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Assist in translating finance and accounting requirements into system solutions, with a focus on ERP platforms such as SAP (FICO) or Oracle. Work closely with clients to identify improvement areas and support finance transformation initiatives. Prepare documentation including business process flows, system configurations, and training materials. Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timelines. Skills and Attributes for Success Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both clients and internal stakeholders. Eagerness to learn and grow within a consulting environment. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines. Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred. 1–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting or ERP-related role. Understanding or hands-on experience in ERP systems such as SAP FICO or Oracle Financials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
