About Us Your Role Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions that meet business requirements. Drive solution architecture design, evaluation, selection, and buy vs. build decisions. Develop and manage cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and oversee data engineering pipelines. Lead teams in implementing data solutions, ensuring best practices in data governance, quality, and security. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members. Skills & Attributes for Success Strong experience in cloud architecture and data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Hands-on expertise in data engineering, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and real-time data processing. Strong data modeling and architecture knowledge, including data warehousing and data lakes. Proficiency in tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Talend, Denodo, or similar technologies. Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Project Management.
