Contract Need: 6 to 12 months +

Pay Rate: $50.00 to $65.00/hour

Position Summary:

The Technology Construction Project Manager at Outform plays a pivotal role in delivering innovative technology solutions for retail environment. You will work on retail stores that are either new builds or retrofits, and you will ensure that our technology solutions have the expected power and data placements and requirements at these locations. This position requires a motivated and detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly integrate technical and design aspects of construction projects. You will work with architectural and engineering drawings, evaluate power and data requirements, and coordinate installation planning across sites. Collaboration is key, as the role involves engaging with internal teams, and external teams such as store design and planning groups, facilities, visual merchandising partners, electrical engineers, and contractors. The successful candidate will ensure that all technology installations meet site-specific needs and vice versa, comply with industry standards, and align with customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Ability to work with architectural drawings, engineering drawings

· Good understanding of high voltage power (power) and low voltage power (data)

· Good understanding of both the technology and design aspects of our technology solutions (hardware and software)

· Evaluate power, data, and placement for each technology solution

· Understand and markup floorplans, high voltage plans and low voltage plans

· Arrange multiple meetings with various retailer groups

· There is travel requirement to be on-site at retail locations to help validate or identify power and data issues in advance with GC's and subcontractors

· Collaborate with Outform Installation team for contractor site audits and follow up communication back to retailer groups

· Perform various installation planning duties with internal teams before installation

· Determine additional materials and modifications of equipment to meet various site needs

· Collaborate with multiple retailer departments

· Work with visual merchandising partners to ensure screens areas align with their strategy

· Electrical engineers

· Retailer Construction Project Managers

· GC's and sub-contractors for power and data

· Retailer IT/Networking

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

· 5+ years of experience in technology construction project management

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings

· Solid understanding of electrical and data systems knowledge

· Ability to bridge technical and design aspects of technology solutions

· Experience in arranging and leading meetings with diverse stakeholder groups

· Proven track record collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and store design

· Skilled in performing installation planning

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
