The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to craft beautiful docs -both to help our customers suceed and to showcase GitBook's potential who also enjoys working directly with customers to improve their own documentation.
You'll own our entire documentation experience: from writing and structuring content to ensuring technical accuracy, visual consistency and top notch user experience.
What you'll do
Own our docs entirely - from content design to API references and visual presentation.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to clarify technical concepts and maintain consistency.
Continuously refine guides and structure to improve usability.
Work directly with our enterprise customers as a docs expert who can provide advice on things like docs structure.
You might be a fit if you
Have proven experience as a Technical Writer
Are comfortable working with Git-based workflows
Communicate complex technical ideas in a simple, approachable way
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
