The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to both internal and external clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless support experiences.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer queries within defined SLA timelines.Perform log analysis, service flow testing, and coordinate with backend teams for issue resolution.Document queries via ticketing tools, manage the incident lifecycle, and ensure compliance with SOPs.Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills; client-focused approach.Working knowledge of Linux, MySQL, Oracle, Phoenix, and Hive.Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in 24x7 environments.
