- Proven ability to recruit for both technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (marketing, operations, ecosystem) roles.
- Deep sourcing expertise, with the ability to engage passive talent across global markets.
- Skilled at building partnerships with hiring managers and influencing with data.
- Strong ownership of process, with experience optimizing ATS systems and recruitment operations.
- Agile and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Required Skills
- 7+ years recruiting/TA experience, including deep technical recruiting experience
- 3+ years of passive sourcing experience
- Previous experience recruiting in Web3, open-source, or blockchain ecosystems OR global tech start ups.
- Familiarity with global labor markets and compliance practices.
- Passion for emerging technologies
