Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects from inception to completion.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and other stakeholders for flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Successfully manage relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize, mitigate project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Robust client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
