- Strong data literacy — proficient in using metrics, dashboards, and analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working across technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, or Notion, and BI platforms like Looker or Tableau is a plus.
