As a junior product manager at Kiln, you will contribute to building out Kiln’s product suite, enabling our customers to offer yield to their users on all digital assets seamlessly. This product suite is composed of API services for transaction crafting and reporting (Kiln Connect), web products (Kiln Dashboard, Kiln Widget), and smart contracts (Kiln Onchain and Kiln DeFi).
Responsibilities:
Participate in the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to integration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
Define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
Communicate internally and externally about product requirements.
Engage with customers (exchanges, wallets, asset managers…), gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and facilitating product onboarding
Analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve

Stay up to date with the latest developments in the crypto industry, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new feature developments
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in product management

Technical background or demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and work well with engineering teams
You are sufficiently curious and motivated to dig into the details of how products work and can explain technical concepts
Analytical mind and rigorous communication. You enjoy and are good at synthesising complex information and conveying your learnings, both in oral and written formats
Strong product acumen, you have opinions about great products and can put yourself in the shoes of both a retail and B2B user in the staking space
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment, with a first experience ideally
Nice-to-have:
French-speaking.
