• Build, test, and update sophisticated integrations using APIs or Flat File SFTP methods to connect Paradox with various HR/recruiting systems.
• Act as the technical liaison and integration expert, engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams to define clear requirements, clarify project scope, and set integration roadmaps.
• Engage in technical solution design with customers and internal team by leading meetings.
• Manage and maintain the API calls library, handling various HTML request types.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in enterprise software integration or technical consulting.
- Deep expertise in working with APIs, particularly Web APIs, REST APIs, JSON-RPC, and XML-RPC.
- Demonstrable experience building integrations in API development platforms such as Postman, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, and/or SoapUI.
- Practical experience working with SFTP, Flat Files, JSON, and XML data structures.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a client-facing role, comfortable leading sophisticated conversations with both technical and non-technical partners, including senior leaders.
- Demonstrable ability to own and manage competing priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent years of relevant professional experience.
