About You:

This role ensures high-quality project implementation within agreed timelines. You'll handle technical tasks like software deployment while communicating with customers and advising on processes. Strong time management is essential as you manage multiple projects. A self-starter, you'll work independently, flagging risks when needed. You'll collaborate with internal teams to share technical insights for complex projects. You'll support Healthcare trusts using our products to improve patient and customer outcomes.

Day-to-day, you:

• Deliver complex implementations, including system installation, testing, support, and documentation.

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software while ensuring system integration with customer environments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and apply fixes during implementation.

• Possess knowledge of databases, infrastructure, security standards, and clinical application interfaces.


Skills and Experience:

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills in complex project environments.

• Expertise in MS SQL Server, including SQL query writing, performance troubleshooting, and database management.

• Knowledge of web technologies, networking, server architecture, SSL/TLS certificates and IIS.

• Experience with log analysis, VPNs, HL7 messaging, and tools like Fiddler, Wireshark, and Octopus.
