Technical Architect

Involved is hiring a Technical Architect with expertise in React, Java, Drools, TIBCO, and Informatica.

We're looking for someone who can design and lead the implementation of complex IT systems that integrate these technologies. You'll need deep technical knowledge across the stack to deliver scalable, efficient, and effective solutions aligned with business goals.

About the role:
System Design and Architecture

• Develop comprehensive system architectures incorporating:
  • React for front-end development
  • Java for backend services
  • Drools for business rule management
  • TIBCO for integration solutions
  • Informatica for data management
• Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance and security standards.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor development teams and promote best practices in design, coding, and deployment.
• Lead technical discussions and collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technology with business strategy.

Integration Management

• Oversee system and application integration using TIBCO, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
• Design and implement robust data integration solutions with Informatica.

Business Rule Implementation

• Use Drools to define, implement, and manage business rules as a core part of the system architecture.

Full-Stack Oversight

• Guide front-end development with React, ensuring a modern, responsive user experience.
• Manage Java-based backend services and application logic for reliability and performance.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with a focus on the listed technologies.
• Strong background in system design, architecture, and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of React.js and core frontend principles.
• Extensive experience with Java and related frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with Drools for business rule management.
• Experience with TIBCO tools for integration solutions.
• Strong proficiency with Informatica for data integration and management.
