Technical Analyst

Starting base salary $50,500 - $60,500 CAD*

Individual pay offers are determined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process.


The Technical Analyst provides Tier 2 application support relating to our technology solutions. Applicants MUST HAVE SaaS application support experience and good SQL knowledge.

What you will be doing:

  • Troubleshooting, testing and coordinating to resolve reported application issues while providing status to internal and external clients.
  • Identify, understand and document client business requirements.
  • Manage a workload of support incidents and requests on a timely basis.
  • Ensure application changes follow incident management procedures and protocols.
  • Identify improvements to applications & processes to meet user needs and communicate to the appropriate departments.
  • Process data analysis and reporting.
  • Perform other related support duties as required.
