About the job

The Technical Account Manager at BytePlus (ByteDance) will work closely with product teams to understand and assess solution capability and readiness in the MEA region, collaborate with local solution partners to develop joint solutions for localized delivery, and engage directly with customers to understand business strategy and produce customer-facing solution proposals and roadmaps across AI infrastructure platforms, AI agent platforms, data analytics, customized AI use cases, and private cloud. The role coordinates with product teams and local partners to develop project execution plans, owns the success of solution delivery with delivery risk assessment and customer satisfaction accountability, and requires a minimum of 5 years in enterprise solution engineering in the technology industry with fast learning across large language models, AI infrastructure, Cloud IaaS/PaaS, and software development, plus hands-on experience in cloud architecture, migration, AI Agent, and data analytics. The position also entails leading executive business plans, translating topline goals into impactful business plans, prioritizing initiatives for partnership value, and driving complex innovation solution development and implementation with internal and external teams; flexibility to travel up to 50% is required, and industry experience across digital native, eCommerce, education, and entertainment, as well as experience in international and China markets, is preferred.
