Team Leader – Care Location: Edwinstowe Salary: £15.45 per hour Hours: Full-time, 7am – 7pm, 3–4 shifts per week (including alternate weekends) Includes 8 supernumerary hours per week plus participation in an on-call weekend rota 🌟 Why Work With Us? The environment is warm and welcoming, with beautiful garden areas designed to promote comfort and wellbeing. 💼 About the Role As Team Leader, you will play a vital part in leading our care team to deliver exceptional support to residents. You’ll ensure the highest standards of care are maintained while promoting residents’ choice, dignity, and independence. Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred careSupport with personal care, medication administration, and daily activitiesProvide input during shift handovers to ensure consistent, high-quality carePromote residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeingEnsure safe and compliant medication practicesAct as a role model, supporting and mentoring care staffEssential Requirements:Relevant qualification such as Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social CareAt least 1 year’s experience in a residential or nursing homeUnderstanding of person-centred care planningKnowledge of safeguarding and recognising signs of abuseFull driving licenceMust live within 30 minutes of the homePreferred Experience:2 years in a similar leadership role within a residential or nursing homeExperience supporting residents living with dementiaNVQ Level 4 or above in Health & Social CareStrong team management and mentoring skillsApply Today!
