Sidmouth College has a vacancy for a talented and ambitious Teachers of Mathematics on a temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave.
The post is to start in January 2026 and is expected to be for one term and one week until the end of April 26th 2026.
The successful applicant will possess the ability to enthuse and inspire students and staff by sharing their passion for Mathematics. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, deliver engaging lessons, and help our students build essential skills for their future.
You will be working in an experienced and busy department of six staff: five full time and one part time. The team includes the Head of Maths, Deputy of Maths and Sparx Coordinator.
Excellent curriculum knowledge is essential, and the successful candidate will be expected to teach Mathematics at KS3 and KS4.
The post would suit an ECT or experienced teacher of Mathematics looking for a different setting with new challenges and opportunities.
