We have an experienced mentoring team to support ECTs and new colleagues typically thrive with us, 90% gaining a position of responsibility within 2 years.
Suitably qualified and experienced applicants may be considered for a TLR award (TLR2a/TLR2b) with details to be negotiated at interview. This role would suit someone seeking a part-time position teaching Economics at key stage 5 and a full-time role would include teaching in a second subject which could be negotiated at interview.
