What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain diverse and qualified candidate pipelines for roles across different business areas, with a focus on global GTM and Product position
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, hireEZ etc.) and craft tailored outreach that stands out
- Work side by side with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, deeply understanding role requirements, team needs and target profiles
- Engage with potential candidates online and in person at networking events, job fairs, and meetups
- Manage and nurture talent pools in our sourcing CRM—thinking long-term engagement, not just short-term hire
- Track your sourcing metrics: outreach, conversion, pipeline health. Learn what works, iterate, improve
- Collaborate with our Employer Branding team to ensure our messaging hits the right audience and reflects our ambitions
What you need to be successful
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing (agency or in-house), experience with sourcing or recruiting across global talent markets is a strong plus
- Hands-on with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, SeekOut—and a genuine interest in applying AI to talent search
- Deep understanding of talent-market research, Boolean search, and creative sourcing strategies
- Strong communicator - comfortable reaching out to candidates, presenting Staffbase, both online and face-to-face
- Data-driven mindset - you’ll measure what matters, learn fast, and use data to drive change
Business fluent in German and English (C1+) - Flexibility to travel occasionally for events and in-person sourcing activities
