What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles for the Israeli HQ.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies.
- Source, approach, and engage top talent through LinkedIn, databases, networking, social media, and creative channels including AI tools
- Conduct initial screening interviews and manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Recruit).
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics and market trends.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a tech placement agency / recruiting firm – must!
- Proven sourcing skills and strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools - must!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to connect with people!
- Team player with a proactive attitude and strong organizational abilities.
- Experience in startup recruitment - advantage.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
