POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist I who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our growing Talent team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to support the full cycle hiring process. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience across diverse communities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Support bilingual recruitment efforts by sourcing and communicating with Spanish-speaking candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
  • Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and other talent acquisition events.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
