About the job
• The Talent Acquisition Manager (India) will lead recruitment for Reveleer’s growing India operations, driving hiring strategies while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for India-based roles, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, identify selection criteria, and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the process, presenting qualified talent to managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for diverse roles, leveraging multiple sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate reporting of new requisitions, recruitment activities, and candidate progress; prepare dashboards and analyses to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other hiring metrics.
• Drive volume hiring needs where required, while maintaining focus on quality of hire.
• Provide people management support by guiding, coaching, and developing team members.
• Allocate workload effectively across the team, ensuring timely delivery of hiring goals.
• Collaborate with the India HR Manager to support local HR operations, including employee onboarding and compliance with Indian labor requirements.
• Partner with the corporate People team in the U.S. to ensure alignment on recruiting policies, processes, and tools.
• Support HR projects and day-to-day operational activities, stepping in as needed to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as a representative of Reveleer’s culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
• Support local culture and engagement initiatives in collaboration with the HR team, ensuring recruitment practices contribute to building an inclusive and engaged workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in a people management or lead role.
- Proven experience recruiting in India, with understanding of local labor market dynamics and statutory requirements.
- Experience in the healthcare technology industry strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-growing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues across geographies.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for candidate and employee experience.
