The Talent Acquisition Consultant supports the organization's hiring leaders to design and implement recruitment plans that address the specific staffing needs of that department. Maintains strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Supports hiring leaders with preparing for interviews and candidate selection.
Conducts thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews, to evaluate fit for both skills and culture.
Supports the recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree with 3 years of experience within HR or recruiting
