Support Service Executive – UAEN

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Report to Facilities Manager and responsible for executing work under his direction and hospital policy. Perform job functions with attention to details, speed, and accuracy.
  • Ensure and adhere dress code. Wears proper identity & well-groomed while on duty.
  • Participate in departmental education on performance improvement, attend committee meetings, continuous quality improvement, and other departmental meetings as appropriate.
  • Bring awareness among the staff about daily operation statistics.
  • Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies/procedures/service standards.
  • Ensure the correct key signing in/out procedures are adhered to at all times and report any discrepancies to the Facility Manager.
  • Help and guide the guests and provide them with the necessary information they need

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
  • Managing multiple assignments and tasks for internal and external events.
  • Maintain office calendar to coordinate workflow and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
  • Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors. • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to copying, mailing, and filing
  • Collect and maintain an inventory of office equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with local state, and federal regulations related to Support Services.
  • Conducts a regular walk through the facility to assist with visual maintenance and security.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/ College Level
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate responses
  • Must have previous experience
  • Strong leadership
  • With commonsense
  • Ability to stand on his feet
  •  Honesty
