Support Service Executive – UAEN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Report to Facilities Manager and responsible for executing work under his direction and hospital policy. Perform job functions with attention to details, speed, and accuracy.
- Ensure and adhere dress code. Wears proper identity & well-groomed while on duty.
- Participate in departmental education on performance improvement, attend committee meetings, continuous quality improvement, and other departmental meetings as appropriate.
- Bring awareness among the staff about daily operation statistics.
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies/procedures/service standards.
- Ensure the correct key signing in/out procedures are adhered to at all times and report any discrepancies to the Facility Manager.
- Help and guide the guests and provide them with the necessary information they need
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
- Managing multiple assignments and tasks for internal and external events.
- Maintain office calendar to coordinate workflow and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
- Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors. • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to copying, mailing, and filing
- Collect and maintain an inventory of office equipment and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with local state, and federal regulations related to Support Services.
- Conducts a regular walk through the facility to assist with visual maintenance and security.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/ College Level
- At least 3 years of experience
- Good communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate responses
- Must have previous experience
- Strong leadership
- With commonsense
- Ability to stand on his feet
- Honesty
