Overview
As a Support Engineer at Freshpaint, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our HIPAA-compliant analytics tools.
In Short
- Own the resolution of assigned customer issues from end to end.
- Research and resolve diverse technical customer issues.
- Work with Go, TypeScript, and SQL to diagnose problems.
- Ensure effective technical support that meets customer needs.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success teams.
- Contribute to technical documentation for clarity.
- Provide expert support throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Act as the voice of the customer in product development.
- Communicate customer issues clearly to technical teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a technical support or engineering role.
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing position.
- Experience with modern programming languages like Go or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in front and back end technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and research abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High empathy and focus on customer experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Proactive in resolving issues and prioritizing tasks.
