They are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can lead the global procurement process as well as the local logistic process for the GCC. The hired resource must be able to create optimal processes guided by historical data, forward-looking assumptions, and hands-on experience with retail and last-mile execution. He or she should understand accounting, and legal documents, and have the ability to build lasting and effective relationships with suppliers. Fluency in English is desirable, and Russian will be a plusResponsibilities:Lead the procurement process with our suppliers to create a logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment, and delivery.Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.Build strong relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.Understanding of principles of accounting and finance.Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds to identify problems and find solutions.Requirements:Bachelors degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related fieldExperience in ERP implementation Previous experience in the UAE in a similar industry is preferred.Ability to manage the logistics of all aspects of the supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.Understanding of accounting or finance.Must be able to comprehend legal documents.Good negotiation skillsStrong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people.
