- Evaluate suppliers' quality systems, including documentation, procedures, and processes. - Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  1. Corrective Action Management:
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions for quality issues. - Verify effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure sustained compliance.
  1. Supplier Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor suppliers' quality performance, including defect rates, delivery performance, and responsiveness. - Identify trends and areas for improvement.
  1. Quality Standards and Regulations:
- Ensure suppliers comply with industry standards, regulations, and company requirements. - Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and standards.
