Our Restaurant is looking for 3rd Shift Supervisors who have a passion for developing leaders and a drive for excellence. A Shift Supervisor manages our team’s performance during the third shift (hours vary Monday to Saturday between 9:00pm - 2:30am). Supervisors ensure every guest receives a remarkable experience. Responsibilities:
- Minimum availability of 30 hours weekly and at least 4 shifts
- At least 1 year employment commitment, with opportunities for advancement
- Close shifts (key holder) - (between 9p-2:30am)
- Sets shift positions and Maintains shift productivity and labor goals
- Excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
