Backed by some of the best investors in the world like a16z (Facebook, Instagram, AirBnB ++), using cutting-edge tech and a small, passionate team, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Founders Associate to join us for the ride.
Role Overview
As a Founders Associate Intern, you’ll work directly with the founding team and get a front-row seat to the rollercoaster of building and scaling a startup. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role with lots of variety—perfect for someone who loves learning, solving problems, and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
You'll work closely with especially the CEO and assist in a wide range of tasks:
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and user insights
- Support operations and internal processes (think: finance, admin, planning)
- Help prepare pitch decks and investor materials
- Be part of fundraising efforts and potential grant applications (like EU funding)
- Engage with users and analytics to gather feedback and improve the product
- Jump into strategic projects and help us move faster across the board
- Set up and improve email marketing to improve conversions and retention
What We’re Looking For
- Self-Starter: You’re proactive, organized, and hungry to learn. A driven individual who can manage tasks with minimal supervision
- You love startups and want to understand how they work from the inside
- Strong communicator in English (bonus if you speak other languages)
- Interested in tech, design, gaming, or 3D is a plus—but not required
- You’re not afraid to take ownership and try new things
- Research Skills: Ability to gather, synthesize, and present data to improve our product
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field at BI Norwegian Business School.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. CEO is however Norwegian, so most work will be in Norwegian, but the rest of the team is mostly international.
- Experience: Previous experience in starting a business, website, or other side hustle is highly preferred.
