Role Overview
As General Manager, you will lead all aspects of store operations. You’ll recruit, coach, and inspire your team, manage performance, and create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
• Lead by example to deliver the Smoothie King Experience
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and daily operations
• Ensure brand standards in cleanliness, service, and speed
• Monitor sales, inventory, and key performance metrics
• Build a culture of teamwork, appreciation, and growth

Qualifications
• 2+ years of leadership experience in food, beverage, or hospitality management
• Assistant General Managers from high-volume operations encouraged to apply
• Experience in coffee, smoothie, or quick-service beverage concepts preferred
• Strong communication and coaching skills

• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
