Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of daily store operations. You will be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales, managing stock, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the store runs efficiently and meets performance targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of store operations: staffing, sales, inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff; build a positive team culture
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and team motivation
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle any complaints or issues
  • Oversee stock levels, ordering, and deliveries to minimize shrinkage and avoid out-of-stock
  • Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and compliant with brand and safety standards
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
  • Handle cash management, banking, and POS system oversight
  • Implement store policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines

Selection Criteria

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in retail (2+ years)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Experience with sales reporting, inventory control, and merchandising
  • Good understanding of retail KPIs
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma required; a diploma/degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus
