Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of incoming goods and materials.
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Properly label and store materials in designated storage areas to ensure easy identification and access.
- Issue materials and supplies as requested, ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to manage deliveries and returns.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and storage activities.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards, ensuring a secure and hazard-free environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
