Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is looking for dedicated kitchen stewards to join our extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai, Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The newly opened Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

Key responsibilities:  

• Assisting the kitchen team members in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area
• Ensuring high standard of cleanliness, sanitation and orderliness in all kitchens and utility work areas is maintained
• Heavy duty cleaning of ovens, grills, sinks, walls, floors, walk-in refrigerators and freezers and other heavy kitchen equipment
• Operating the dishwashing equipment to ensure that all culinary items are cleaned thoroughly and sanitation is maintained
• Perform all Stewarding tasks as per given instructions
• Responsible to ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we’re looking for: 

• Previous Steward Experience
• Good communication skills
• Team work
• Ability to work in a rotating shift and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of all chemicals used.
