We are looking for Foreman, Leadman and Laborer Positions

Construx Inc is seeking a qualified applicants for the positions of steel erector. Outdoor work involving physical work. Construx designs and erects pre-engineered metal buildings. A successful candidate with experience with the following:

• Working with metal and similar materials
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling materials in an outdoor environment
• Ability to work with teammates on time sensitive deadlines
• Ability to work in multiple roles with teammates
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Safely follow procedures
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Operation of Forklifts and Aerial Lifts

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Construx Inc; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Hard Physical labor experience in outdoor elements
• Fast paced line assembly in outdoor elements
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to work in a team to maximize efficiency
• Etc
• Willing to train
