Job Description
We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our team. You will contribute to building, testing, and refining AI-driven product features that explore the use of LLMs, intelligent agents, and applied machine learning within the enterprise.
What you get to do in this role
- Bring intelligence to customer workflows by leveraging their data: structured (workflow state evolution, tables) and unstructured (descriptions, documents)
- Adapt models to unique and complex business environments across thousands of customers and diverse data volumes.
- Contribute to the integration of AI capabilities into new product areas in close collaboration with product management, engineering, and operations teams.
- Analyze model outputs, define evaluation strategies, and iterate on based on user feedback and data-driven signals
- Contribute to model experimentation frameworks, including accuracy, safety, and edge-case evaluation
- Support data preparation and enrichment pipelines for model training and testing
- Build interactive dashboards and tools to surface model insights and drive strategic initiatives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into business processes, decision workflows, or user-facing applications.
- 6+ years of experience applying AI-based solutions with a proven track record of solving industrial problems with data.
- Ability to reason about model behaviour, evaluate model outcomes, debug unexpected results, and rapidly iterate towards improvements.
- Proficiency in Python and standard data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn. Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks and source code control systems (Git), and API integration.
- Working knowledge of SQL and API integration.
- Experience with Java or JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with LLMs and GenAI workflows, including prompt engineering and evaluation of generative outputs.
- Solid understanding of ML, DL, and NLP techniques.
- Strong academic background (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
