About the job

• Oversee H1’s accounts payable activities including corporate card expenses and employee reimbursements
• Responsible for other general ledger functions by managing fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and other key financial statement areas
• Partner closely with teams across the business to deliver a white-glove experience and drive improvements in reporting, data integrity, and analysis
• Support month-end close process including journal entries and reconciliations
• Provide month-end commentary and variance analysis to deliver insights to leadership
• Contribute to the implementation of new financial systems and tools
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
  • At least 2 years experience in accounting or finance
  • Proven solid analytical skills, and US GAAP technical accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems like Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
  • Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Expert communicator - written & verbal
  • Self-starter with willingness to work hands-on, independently, as well as with a group
