Responsibilities
- Sets up Lyco and Blentech production room, makes adjustments to equipment as needed.
- Adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) during production, sanitation, and handling materials and ingredients.
- Maintain and adjust equipment to control designated weights on an individual package or case weight basis.
- Meet production performance requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
- Transfers finished products and raw materials to identified location in the plant/warehouse or on production line.
- Adhere to all safety requirements including the wearing of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as prescribed for each work activity or job.
- Perform CCP checks as needed depending on location in the plant and during manufacturing.
- Follow all SQF principles pertinent to your position as specified by the SQF Practitioner.
- All food safety and human safety concerns need to be reported to appropriate personnel such as shift lead, shift supervisor, QA technician, Safety Manager, FSQ Manager, etc.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two or more years industrial equipment or food manufacturing experience required
- Forklift/Pallet Jack Certification a plus
- Ability to apply good judgement and understanding to carry out detailed instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to communicate production issues, counts and weights to supervision or lead personnel
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Knowledge of GMP and safe food manufacturing practices a plus

Areas of facility may include controlled temperature zones including areas with refrigeration and noise levels requiring PPE.
