Role and responsibilities:
We’re looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and system observability. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems, while partnering closely with development teams to streamline deployments and improve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Support deployments to production and staging environments, maintaining reliability and consistency across systems.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to Kubernetes clusters, applications, and underlying infrastructure.

Use tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Elasticsearch to monitor system health and drive performance improvements.

Collaborate with development teams to address infrastructure and deployment needs as they arise.

Manage AWS infrastructure through Terraform, following infrastructure-as-code best practices.

Administer secrets and handle security operations using HashiCorp Vault.

Work with Docker containers and Linux-based environments to support applications and services.

Enhance system observability, resilience, and automation in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Create and maintain documentation to support knowledge sharing and process improvement across the engineering organization.
Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
Core Skills

Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform on AWS.

Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, etc.).

Monitoring and observability with Grafana, Prometheus, and Elasticsearch.

Linux system administration and containerization with Docker.
