We are looking for a driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and execute technical programs for LinkedIn's GTM org. These technical programs will involve building products that are used daily by more than 1K Customer Support Reps, who deliver a best-in-class support experience for all of LinkedIn's 700M+ members in more than 200 countries worldwide. As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead and execute complex, cross-functional AI programs that drive innovation and operational excellence across our organization. You will focus on delivering scalable AI solutions that enhance customer experience, internal rep productivity, and platform capabilities. The right candidate will have a solid track record of technical program management and will have demonstrated excellent leadership, along with organizational and communication skills in leading cross functional teams and programs to deliver successful outcomes. In addition, the right candidate will possess superior business strategy sense, product intuition, and technical understanding to fully integrate with product development teams and contribute at any level of depth. Analytical and communication skills and comfort with ambiguity are essential. Responsibilities: Own technical programs from inception to delivery. Build expertise around subject matter to be able to articulate technical details and requirements to various teams involved. Be able to work with Business to understand their needs to help prioritize product features and development. Define metrics and indicators for Program health. Work with PM and Engineers to build strategy and long-term plan on how to execute the strategy. Experience working autonomously in a fast paced, high-growth, and results orientated environment that demands excellence. Navigate through ambiguity and solve complex problems. Drive data informed decisions to steer the program and strategy. Lead Planning, execution and on-time delivery of cross-functional initiatives. Partner with all levels of management on project execution and team efficiency. Drive quarterly roadmap and resource planning activities and deliverables. Create a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning. Work with Security, Production, Foundation, and other organizations in LinkedIn to help maintain momentum. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management, software engineering, or similar experience 1+ years of experience in managing large-scale programs 1+ years of experience implementing critical initiatives for the organization Preferred Qualification: Experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS Agentic AI, or proprietary ML stacks Understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, agentic workflows, model evaluation frameworks, and cloud-based AI infrastructure Familiarity with Dynamics, Sales Force, or similar CRM products Experience working in a highly collaborative team environment with multiple in-flight initiatives and stakeholders Leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
