About the Role
As a Senior Developer, you will lead the team in adopting modern development practices and implementing robust, industry-standard architecture. You will focus on optimizing code performance, ensuring secure and scalable solutions, and introducing containerization tools like Docker to enhance development and testing workflows. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency across the team while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement industry-standard architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Research and guide the team in writing optimized and efficient code to improve application performance.
  • Develop and maintain Blazor WebAssembly applications with a focus on user experience and performance.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs using .NET 8 and the BeeF framework.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT.
  • Write and maintain unit tests for Blazor components using BUnit and Moq.
  • Lead the adoption of Docker for containerized development environments and testing practices.
  • Set up and manage containerized databases to streamline local development and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features in accordance with industry best practices and security standards.
  • Update and modernize projects to use the latest .NET Framework versions.

Requirements

  • Expertise in development languages including but not limited to: JavaScript, HTML, CSS and C#.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET 8 framework.
  • Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript for Blazor components.
  • Strong proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple data storage subsystems.
  • Strong research and analysis skills to debug and support legacy code.
