Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Sales Marketing

What does a Sr. Product Marketing Manager do at Fiserv?.

Fiserv is hiring for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the adoption of Clover Hospitality POS, a first-of-its kind restaurant technology that reinvents the point-of-sale system for hospitality. It combines industry-leading hardware, software, and payments technology to empower restaurant teams to deliver better service and drive profitability.

This is a high-leverage role that will have a significant impact on our ability to deliver value to restaurants and will include partnership stakeholder management throughout Fiserv.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the wider product marketing team including customer communications, and design to bring the next generation fintech solutions to market

• Create one-pagers, case studies, website feature pages, and other marketing materials to ensure teams are equipped to effectively sell

• Lead and scale customer research program, recruiting Clover Hospitality ambassadors to inform product development as well as messaging & positioning

• Drive competitive and marketing intelligence program, partnering with the Enablement team to distill insights into battlecards, talking points, and objection handling

• Liaise with cross-functional partners to develop pricing and packaging strategy, inclusive of software and hardware solutions

• Align with Fiserv Global Brand, Merchant Solutions, and Centers of Excellence teams to craft inbound and account-based marketing programs

• Collaborate with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyers

• Build a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support retention and acquisition, and report back to the business on the effectiveness of the programs.

• Be well versed with segmentation and go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS platforms and POS providers

• Transfer product knowledge to sales, marketing, partners, and customer success to ensure success in the market

What you need to have:

• 5-7+ years of product marketing or GTM experience

• Background in driving adoption and retention marketing efforts for SMB or merchant solutions

• Comfortable building 0-1 programs across customer research and competitive intelligence disciplines

• Results-oriented and data-driven.—you can use data to identify problems, find opportunities, and drive improvement in our marketing and growth efforts

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills

• Cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building to drive alignment and action

• Champion the customer and have experience in soliciting customer feedback

• Strong writer who avoids jargon and can adapt to the company voice and write simple, short copy for busy restaurant operators

What Is Nice To Have

• Expertise working on or with point-of-sales (POS) systems

• Always willing to roll up your sleeves and execute in addition to developing strategy

• Experience supporting account-based marketing programs

• Desire to mentor and coach more junior teammates

Salary Range

$120,000.00 - $198,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
