Job Overview:
DiPasquale Moore is looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multi-task. This position requires regular attendance; answering calls and fielding them, accordingly andassisting in various administrative duties as needed.
Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative Duties & Responsibilities:
* Occasionally assist the Intake Specialists when needed
* Answer and accurately respond to a high volume of incoming calls - as many as 200+ daily
* Assist clients in connecting with their Attorney and/or Case Manager by use of our electronic case management system, Neos
* Route incoming documents and voice messages to the correct recipient
Knowledge & Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent telephone etiquette
* Experience using a multi-line phone system preferred; call center experience a plus but not required
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance
