**This position will be working 100% Remotely from your home office in India as part of a distributed team in the USA, Canada, Europe and several locations in India.


We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to work closely with our B2B customers in the USA and our development team based out of India, Europe and USA. Our Solutions Engineers are customer-obsessed technical professionals who bridge the gap between cutting-edge product innovation and real customer needs. Unlike a traditional solutions engineer, this role is heavily involved in the post sales cycle, and focused on helping customers implement our product.
The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, technical knowledge, and a hands-on approach when team members encounter issues.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Learn and understand the features of the company's products and services to effectively address client queries and needs.
  • Support senior team members in managing client accounts and preparing performance reports.
  • Address client issues and follow up on solutions in a timely manner.
  • Actively troubleshoot and resolve blockers, supporting team members directly when needed.
  • Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Facilitate communication between development teams and management.
  • Maintain organized records of project activities and updates.
  • Escalate risks or delays promptly and assist in their resolution.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in fintech and a keenness to learn about financial products.
  • Minimum of 10 years in project coordination within software/IT environments.
  • Proven experience managing remote development teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, project management methodologies, and Agile/Scrum.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Hands-on problem-solving capability when team members encounter issues.
  • Technical familiarity with Spring Boot, Angular, REACT, MySQL


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working across different time zones.
  • Knowledge of JIra ticketing/epic tracking systems.
  • Prior experience in FINTECH or Banking. Lending or Deposits experience preferred
