We're hiring a solutions engineer to own the customer implementation experience for Antimetal. You'll work directly with engineering teams at our early customers to turn pilots into production-ready deployments and ensure they get meaningful value from our platform.

This role combines technical problem-solving with customer partnership. You'll be the bridge between our product and the complex infrastructure environments where it needs to perform.

About Antimetal

Antimetal is building the future of infrastructure management. We're starting by creating a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents issues—giving engineers their time back to focus on what they do best: building great products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work hands-on with customers to implement and deploy Antimetal in their environments

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during their onboarding and early adoption

  • Troubleshoot integration issues across cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and deployment workflows

  • Build solutions for edge cases and unexpected configurations you encounter in the field

  • Feed customer feedback back to our product team, and work with them to build new features

  • Write internal tools and build features that make onboarding and integration better

What you bring:

  • Strong experience with modern infrastructure: AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, observability tools

  • You’ve shipped production code and worked in complex technical environments

  • Comfortable working directly with customers and translating technical challenges into solutions

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of customer success

Bonus:

  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles like solutions engineering or developer relations

  • Background working closely with product teams or building a product
