    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a proactive Solutions Architect to become well-versed in IO.net's products and services, guiding both individual and enterprise clients in optimizing GPU utilization. This role demands effective collaboration with data centers for managing GPU access and providing exceptional support to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will also improve educational, and technical documentation while remaining at the forefront of AI and ML technology advancements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Master the intricacies of IO.net’s platforms and services, including diverse cluster environments like Ray, Baremetal, SLURM and Kubernetes.

    - Empower clients to efficiently use GPU resources tailored to their specific applications.

    - Continuously enhance and update educational materials to elevate the user community's knowledge base.

    - Serve as a POC, assisting enterprises in deploying and troubleshooting complex workloads.

    - Actively participate in AI and ML communities to stay informed of the latest technological trends and translate these insights into actionable strategies for IO.

    - Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to debug and integrate various managed products like Kubernetes and Ray clusters.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    - At least 3 years of experience in Software Engineering and AI/MLOps.

    - Knowledge of Kubernetes, Ray.io, SLURM, and Baremetal cluster management.

    - Proficiency in Bash, Linux, and Python.

    - Understanding of the web3 domain is a plus

    - Experience in LLM training and inference will make for a very close fit.

    Desired Skills and Competencies:

    - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

    - Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written to communicate professionally with enterprise clients.

    - Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse team.

    - Skilled in managing multiple projects

    - Proven client-facing experience, delivering high-level technical support and guidance.
