Solutions Architect - Boston

At Funnel, Solutions Architects play a crucial role in designing solutions that align with customers' business goals. Leveraging the Funnel ecosystem, you will balance business and technical requirements to ensure the proposed solution fits the client's architecture and meets their needs. This role focuses primarily on Enterprise clients and involves meeting customers on-site as part of an account team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Create solution architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements, including integration with existing systems, during both pre-and post-sales stages

  • Implementation Guidance: Collaborate with Solutions Consultants (SCs), client stakeholders, and technical teams to guide the implementation of Funnel and ensure it delivers on customer objectives

  • Technical Vision: Lead the technical vision and strategy for enterprise clients, including risk analysis and mitigation planning

  • Product Improvement: Identify gaps in the Funnel product or processes and initiate changes in collaboration with commercial and product teams

  • Complex Problem-Solving: Act as a project lead to address complex use cases for customers

  • Product Expertise: Develop deep expertise in the Funnel platform

  • Collaboration & Advocacy – Work closely with internal teams (Support, Product, Sales) to relay feedback, drive improvements, and ensure customer needs are met

Who You Are

We’re looking for a tech-savvy team player with exceptional communication skills. You’re solution oriented, proactive, and thrive in dynamic environments. Eager to learn and help, you excel in consultative roles, confidently guiding and supporting customers as a Funnel expert. Your analytical mindset and passion for working with data drive you to dive deep into problems and craft effective solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing role

  • Experience working with cloud platforms

  • Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.) and SQL

  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, applied science, or a related field

  • Experience in online advertising technology, data integration, and cloud technologies

  • Familiarity with trends and business challenges in digital industries

  • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
