As a Copilot Solution Engineer in the Majors Growth segment, the role leads deeply technical engagements that accelerate customer adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Agents, and related AI-powered productivity solutions across devices, cloud platforms, and everyday business applications. The position owns the technical win strategy, independently delivers discovery, demo, and whiteboarding sessions aligned to business goals and technical readiness, and embeds governance, security, and compliance in every conversation to build confidence and drive decisions. Responsibilities include building competitive strategy to address objections, reframing customer challenges, quantifying business impact, and guiding solution design and PoC efforts in complex selling environments. The role drives core business momentum via technical differentiation, blocker resolution, and seamless handoffs to deployment teams while operating within a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to educate customers, demonstrate and prove solutions, and win technical decisions to achieve/exceed quarterly targets. The position emphasizes operational excellence, partner collaboration, and continuous learning, with work expectations of three days per week in-office and 50–75% travel, within a culture grounded in respect, integrity, accountability, and inclusion.
