We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead one of our Sportsbook engineering teams. In this role, you will drive technical excellence across the full software development lifecycle while coaching and developing high-performing engineering talent.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in people management
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development (JavaScript, Kotlin/Swift, or Node.js)
  • Proven track record managing teams through complete SDLC
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software delivery best practices
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and modern architectures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a high visibility team and prioritizing against product and support requirements

The applicable salary range for this position is $149,000 - $195,300 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
