Peloton is seeking a dedicated Software Engineer to join their team, focusing on developing and enhancing their e-commerce web presence. This role involves creating high-performance and scalable user experiences for web users. The candidate will work closely with design teams to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
Collaborate in an agile environment with engineers, designers, and product managers daily to develop and deliver software experiences aligning with product strategy.
Utilize tools like TypeScript, React, Next.js, and styled-components.
Coordinate with design teams to produce reusable and scalable React components.
Contribute to Peloton’s design system by enhancing reusable UI elements.
Participate in fostering a positive and inclusive culture focused on engineer growth and learning.
Assist in advancing scalability and reusability in design and component creation.
3+ years of web development experience.
Proficiency in one JavaScript framework like React (preferred), Vue, or similar.
Experience collaborating with designers to apply designs into code.
Experience in building web pages, ensuring web accessibility and performance.
Experience in developing composable and portable React components for enterprise-level applications.
A passion for building consumer-facing websites is preferred.
Experience with Next.js is preferred.
